Brit's Pub

I get a kick out of Minnesotans.  Most of us hibernate all winter, only going outside when it is absolutely necessary, bundling up to the point of being unrecognizable.  Then at the first sign of summer, the first nice day, everyone flocks to the nearest patio for brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks.  Well I joined in the fun last Saturday.  Our venue of choice - Brit's Pub in downtown Minneapolis.  Brit's has one of the best rooftops in the city.  The English pub's rooftop has plenty of room for many patrons, a lawn bowling turf, and a big screen.  We just enjoyed the weather and some drinks for a few hours.  It was wonderful.  At some point I need to play lawn bowling (basically bocce ball).  Maybe I'll hit the quad-fecta and have a drink on the rooftop while playing lawn bowling and watching the World Cup soccer game on the big screen on a warm summer night...
