I just had a wonderful lunch with the parents on the Crave rooftop in downtown Minneapolis. I was so in the mood for a rooftop and we even got there early enough in the day to enjoy it before it clouded over and cooled off. I love rooftops in particular because they rise up above traffic noise.
I had the grilled mahi mahi with mango salsa, grilled asparagus, and couscous. Yum.
The parents had burgers and enjoyed those.
I was happy to see caipirinhas on the menu. They are made with cachaca and lime juice. Delightful summer drink. The only other time I've had one was at Fogo de Chao.
